I completely forgot to mention that my order from Pure Skincare arrived on Monday and I’m really thrilled with the products I bought. I got a lovely tea tree and lime handwash, a tea tree moisturiser and a rose and citrus toner. My new shampoo seems to have cleared up the sebhoerric dermatitis on my scalp the very first wash and the rose cream I mentioned before is fabulous – I’d swear my spots are clearing up quicker.

Talking of spots, I’ve continued drinking plenty of water and – touch wood – I haven’t had any significant new ones for several days. I was always bad at making sure I got plenty of fluids throughout the day, but if this is all it takes to get good skin then I’ll be drinking like a fish from now on! I know, it’s pretty common knowledge that you should keep your system flushed but I never realised it would help to such a degree.

I haven’t started my Christmas shopping yet. I intended to buy some skincare products for friends with my last order, but I’m having to wait on new stock for a couple of items.

In other shopping-related news, I need to buy a new vacuum cleaner. My Dyson is spluttering away on it’s last legs – guess it’s not used to the mass of cat hair and parrot feathers it picks up every day. Anyway, I’m now looking at getting a DC14 which is one of the current models, but it’s gonna have to be second-hand as there’s no way I can afford £200+ so close to Christmas. I just missed one on eBay that went for £75 and it was local pick-up so I wouldn’t have had to pay £15 delivery. What a bugger, eh?
