I’ve decided I’m going to quit apologising for not blogging. It’s not that I don’t mean it, but every post seems to start that way, so…
I’ve stopped biting my nails, whoopee! It’s proving difficult at times, but I’m doing really well and they’re long enough to paint now. Still no cigarettes either – very proud of myself!
We’ve setup a fish tank again and got some puffer fish – I’ve wanted puffers for so long now. It’s only a 2-footer, but sits quite nicely in the alcove. Added a few neon tetras, some bumblebee gobies and a couple of bristlenose plecos to clean up the algae. We’re breeding snails too, for feeding the puffers.
I started my holiday yesterday – 3 weeks off! Heaven knows what I’m gonna do with the time, but I intend to get my hair done and my eyes tested. P desperately needs new glasses as his broke yesterday.
I went for a diabetes test this week and my blood sugar was a bit higher than average, so I’m having to “fast” and go for another test on Tuesday morning. I’ve been feeling a bit icky lately and just wanted to rule it out.
