Well, last night was fun. Went round D’s and watched Legally Blonde and then the new Terminator movie. When P finished work around midnight we treated ourselves to a takeaway of meat and chips from the kebab shop. Yummm.
I was assessed on eight of my calls yesterday – I need twenty before I can take calls unsupervised. Hopefully, by the end of next week I’ll be all ready to go! I’m really enjoying it so far – but it is very hard work and there isn’t much room for mistakes.
P was really pissed off because he didn’t get paid for agency work he did prior to starting this job. They’ve forgotten to pay him for two weeks running now and he went in and complained. Apparantly, they’re gonna do a direct transfer so the funds should be in his account by Monday. We shall see.
I forgot to mention that I went in to see my bank (HSBC) the other day. You remember that the ATM ate my card? Well it seems that they’ve closed my account because I’ve not put anything in since January. Bastards. Nice of them to tell me. And they’ve passed my overdraft to a damn debt collection agency. Double bastards! I’ve been a loyal customer at that bank for seven years and this is what they do when I have a bit of financial difficulty.
Anyway, I’m off ’cause I only got 6 hours sleep the last two nights and I feel shattered.
