Sorry for the lack of blogging, but this has been an extremely busy week. As you know, I’ve been doing training for my new job and it’s very intensive. I’m enjoying it though.
My dad refused to go to the doctor’s appointment we booked for him. I had a heated argument with him, told him how stupid he was being and to quit being so stubborn. No use. I went in to see his doctor myself and she was quite concerned. Apparantly, she has tried to get him to see various specialists and he never turns up for his appointments. She is actually considering having him sectioned because he isn’t capable of making decisions for his own welfare.
I was also rather annoyed with him because he has told me over the last few months that he has been diagnosed with various serious problems including cancer and heart arythmia(sp?). It turns out that this is not true as he hasn’t seen a doctor for over 6 years! I was not too happy that I had been put through lots of worry for nothing but attention.
So yes, my dad is a compulsive liar. I’m currently waiting for Social Services to get back to me and we’ll see how things go from there.
Aside from all that, not much else has happened this week. Friday saw a bomb scare at the Big Brother house and this week’s task looks to be very interesting.

There seems to be a problem with my ISP. I cannot post anything longer than 1300 characters, nor can my hostee Danni and she uses completely different blogging software! I set up a new blogger account hosted at blogspot and that won’t let me publish long posts either. Very strange….

Hmm… Just changed the proxy in my IE settings and everything is working OK now.
