I feel very tired today, my eyes are watering a little. I don’t think I’m fully over getting up at 6:30am on Tuesday. Fortunately, they’re letting me out an hour early. Yippee!
It is reasonably quiet and I can’t wait until lunchtime so I can get some fresh air and wake my head up.
Daz had an assertiveness course yesterday so I was alone for some of the afternoon, but it wasn’t too bad. I hope he’s able to cope without me this evening as he’s still not feeling 100%.
My fix rate today is fantastic – in the first hour I’d fixed 6 out of 10 calls. That’s not bad for someone who’s job is to answer phones and pass calls to other support teams.
Amazing! I’ve just looked at my weekly fix rate and I’ve fixed 68 out of 184 calls so far. I’m impressed with myself.
