Hello there,
This is my first “blog”, so it’s short and sweet. I spent ages trying to configure it to work properly and I finally discovered what the problem was. It was literally uploading to my root directory, not my public directory – most apps automatically use the public one!
Not to worry, it works now and I’m chuffed. I can “blog away” to my heart’s content while I’m at the office.
Me again, thought it was about time I did another “blog”. I’ve just finished uploading the site (again) and now I can relax with a cup of coffee and decide what I’m going to do with my weekend. Not very much probably. I’ll think of another new gadget to add to the site and spend until late Sunday night swearing at the PC ’cause it doesn’t work.
I’m not getting a lot of visitors to the site and those that do won’t sign me bleedin’ Guestbook (one exception so far – thank you). Is there really nothing anyone wants to say? I can’t imagine that that is the case – everyone has an opinion. P says that it will take time – I know but the first few weeks (or even months) of having a website can be so dull and you think “what’s the point, nobody visits”.
Such depressing thoughts on such a sunny day.
Does anything give you the impression I’m bored? I’m staring at the monitor with my mind wandering off in different directions and finding it difficult to focus on anything but my warm cosy bed.
I’m thinking of adding my CV to the site so all you lovely people can see my wonderful achievements in life (or lack of). Yes, I think I’ll do that. Assuming I don’t lose interest, you’ll probably see that up later today (yes, I’ve that little to write!).
Need to go into town and buy some foundation as I’m running short, but I can’t be bothered to get off my backside and go out. I do need to visit dad though. Maybe the fresh air will wake me up.
Hello once again.
Just been customising my Forum (not that anyone uses it), and it looks quite nice now. I’ve registered another domain name – theblog.co.uk but don’t go there yet as the registration hasn’t gone through.
Time for dinner, methinks.
