I did not know about the health benefits. Nor believe it to be honest. I have been suffering with a tight chest for about a month. After one night sleeping with the lamp next to me my chest is clear.  Odd? Coincidence? I think not. I am quite a sceptical person so I would pretty much find some weight in my comment if you are reading this!   I also slept through the night which I had not done in a very long time. It's a pity you don't have a bath at home, maybe you could have a relaxing foot soak instead?
