Thanks for the reply. I think it will work nicely on my hair since it fine but dry. However, I have to be careful not apply it near my scalp since it's really oily and problematic compare to my ends.

Hi Valerie,

I honestly couldn't say how it would work on hair as I've never tried it myself. It's very moisturising and quite a runny oil, so if you have dry, thick or difficult-to-control hair, it might well be beneficial. I wouldn't recommend it if your hair is fine or oily as it will almost certainly be too heavy.

With regards to the odour, though I personally like the copaiba, it is quite strong and lingers for a while after application. If you don't like it, the odour will definitely bother you. I have also tried the ylang-ylang and lavender version and that is pretty strong too. The plain camellia kissi has no noticable odour, so I'd probably suggest you go with that one if you're not sure. Alternatively, the little sample bottles are well priced and provide a nice opportunity to try out the different varieties without spending a small fortune. :)

Hi,

Thank you for reviewing this. I have been looking for someone to review this oil for a long time. Do you think this blend of camellia kissi(camellia kissi and copaiba balsam) can also be used on hair?
I am planing on trying the pure camellia kissi for my hair (since I am not sure how I will like the scent of the others, I think i will stay with the pure kind)
Have you tried the other? How did you like their scent?
